Can I get my notice of intent to lean notarized in a different county than the county I will file the lien in ?

I'm sending my notice of intent to lien certified mail, and I live in El Paso county, but the actual lien needs to be filed in Denver county. Can I get the intent to lien notarized in El Paso county and then the actual lien notarized in Denver county?

The lien can be notarized in any county. What matters is that follow the lien procedures to the letter.
