The claim is in CO. The mechanics lien deadline is 4 months as we provided materials and labor. The 120 day is today and we missed this customer to get the NOI sent already. Can I postmark the NOI today and then file to request the lien extension?
I am sorry, but you are too late under your facts. The NOI must be done within the four months. If what you said is true and today is exactly 4 months from your last labor, you would be past the time by about 11 days.
