I am a contractor that was hired to pull Goose Neck Trailer and do some repair work on it. This was June 2020. The owner, lease holder and the bank have shown no interest in the getting the trailer or paying for me my service. I have stored the trailer on my property since June 2020 . Can i file a mechanics lien or what are my options. as to date i have not been paid and anything, with storage cost i am owed $11,477.21
