I have a project under Fairfax county va this project submitted permit since September 2021 and received permit the issue day was Dec 2022 it over a year now the project is completed my customer don’t want to pay me the balance of $35,000 plus materials $15,000 my customer said that need me to respond for the entire year of rent from his loosening please help me out on this case thank you
