Can I file an intent to lien ? Do I have time?

We completed a Millwork installation For a Mill Work Company at a Kinder Care type business. We completed last day of work August 27th. Looks like we have until February 27th to file intent to Lien. Can it be filed electronically or if mailed is it from mailed date?

If you are direct with the owner, you have 6 months to file the lien and no notice is required. If you are a subcontractor, you still have 6 months to file a lien; but you have to give a notice of intent to file a lien 30 days before the deadline to file.
