I performed contact services for accounting and related advisory services, completed and billed 5/31/2020. Can I file a lien on accounts receivable, inventory, cash accounts-items I provided services for the client? How? And Timing?

Mechanics lien claims are only available to those who provide labor or materials for the permanent improvement of real property - generally, construction work. So, if you're referring to a Wisconsin mechanics lien, then the answer would quite likely be "no."
Further, I'm not personally aware of any other type of lien that might be available in Wisconsin for accounting related services. Consulting with a Wisconsin lawyer might be helpful in determining what recovery options are available to you, though.
