the contractor owns several homes I helped him buy from the city of newark. Recently he asked me to research and submit several LOI' s "letters of intents to purchase" to the City of Newark. I submitted my invoice. Can I place a lien on the home I helped him purchase from the city if he doesn't pay on the Lots?
