I have been working for a year on this project and they refuse to pay me for Extra's. It is a HUD project and the company is based out of Connecticut. Do I treat the process the same as any other job? Is Hud/Government different? Am I filing against the company even though it is a government project?
A public works project is vastly different from a private job, please be very careful. If you still need assistance, please advise.
