I did the hangfinish and paint on a very large residential shop and have 1 day of painting left to be complete and owner says he's not paying anymore . Says I've been paid. I am owed 2600 for this but we also made a 5600 dollar agreement apart but the owner snuck around doing some of the things and I did some.of the things. Can I file a lean. I owe labor to 6 people and they are expecting thier money soon. The owner and I speak every day and I didn't even take weekends off . We were on good terms and then this.
