I am an out of state Supplier that furnished materials / equipment to a customer's site in North Carolina. A preliminary notice within 15 days was not filed. The materials were delivered within the last 120 days, but well past the 15 days of the prelim notice. The labor to install the materials/equipment will be provided by the General Contractor. What are the options to enforce payment for the materials. Regards,
