We did a full workup to assist a customer in getting a new roof replacement (roof inspection, tarp to secure leaky area, called in the insurance claim with customers) .. we also have a signed contract that states per insurance estimate. Can I file a mechanics lien for this? and if so can I make the line item lines to say: Consult/Contract___$1,000.00 Material - Labor & Tarp (1 8x10)__$400.00
