I am a subcontractor who was terminated on a large construction job. I have pay apps that were approved long before notice of termination was received. I have asked general contractor if they are going to pay and they do not respond. I am owed around $200,000. I am currently working on another job for this same company and have $300,000 in retainage that I am afraid they will also hold.
