I’m a handyman who took on our back patio after guy our landlord hired started but left our back patio wide open and never returned. She was to pay me $3000. The city contacted her mid project advising about non license work and no permits being requested for work here. She now says no payment because she had to pay city fees that were doubled due to not having proper permits.
