We are an owner of a licensed, insured handyman company in SC. Did work for someone about a month ago and have yet to receive payment. Payment is usually collected at completion of service, customer refused. 2 subsequent letters have been sent with refusal. A third and final letter will be sent next week with a deadline of 7 days or action will be taken. Job is for almost $410. What are my options?
