I am not licensed in the state of Ohio and did a basement remodel at residential home. The home owner agreed by text message on a set price in 3 installments, she paid the 1st but did not pay for any work I completed thereafter and is refusing further payment. In addition there were multiple add-ons that were not included in the basement and she will not pay those either. What can I do?
