I am a safe and vault technician of 10 years. A new homeowner contacted me to unlock a broken safe that was in her house and bolted to the floor and needed it to be unlocked in order to get it move out. Upon completing the job I was requested to do and myself requesting payment upon completion the homeowner told me someone else will be covering her bill. This other person will not pay her bill and I have asked the lady who hired me who is the homeowners and owner of the locked safe to pay. I was told that I was able to unlock the safe so quickly I made it look easy and she does not want to pay $345 I quoted to unlock it. I believe that they never had a plan on paying for the work from the very beginning. Because the lady who hired me has a $4 million house I thought I could trust her and this person of hers would cover the bill.
