I finished work on a large commercial job at a hotel. They will not return my calls and emails, payment is past due per our contract, they are past the due date on materials also.
If you satisfy the definition of a contractor under the La. Private Works Act, if your contract does not preclude lien filing, if you have completed all your work and have not been paid as per your contract, then you can file a lien now.
