I was hired to provide planning SME and ecosystem access to a commercial cannabis production project in FL. I provided planning oversight, introduced the licensed operator who would lease the property, provided the written SOPs used to get the state agency sign off, HR introductions etc —- all according to my SOW document that the owners agreed to and signed off on. They have delayed payment often and finally went unresponsive six weeks ago. What are my options in FL?
