Hi there. We missed the 20-Day Preliminary Lien Notice on this job of ours... do we still have any rights to lien property? It doesn't seem so. If not, what are our options of getting paid? Small claims court?? Thanks for any guidance on this..

If you did not send a timely preliminary 20-day notice you do not have lien rights. Your only other option is to file a lawsuit, which would likely be for breach of contract or unjust enrichment, depending on the specific facts of your case.
