I failed to file a notice of lien rights on a job in Georgia. We completed work on 12/22/21 but have not received payment. Is it too late to file a mechanic's lien? Are there any other options available to me to demand payment?

In Georgia, you must file a mechanic's lien within 90 days of the last day work was performed on the property. If you last performed work on December 22, 2021, then the 90-day window ran on March 21, 2022. You are still able to file a civil lawsuit, but you will not have the additional leverage of a mechanic's lien at your disposal.
