Can I file a life estate lien

California

My grandparents will allowed my aunt to live on our family property until her death. When they died, my dad, who was already 50% owner of the property had his will stating the same that my aunt could live there until her death. When my dad died, the property went into my sisters name although she only owns about 40% and my cousins and so own the remainder but my sister is attempting to sell the property and my aunt will basically be out on the street. This is Not what our family wanted. There are seven (7) of us that own the property and only she wants to sell however a couple of the cousins don’t care either way. Basically everyone except my sister is concerned about our aunt and of the seven owners five of us do Not want to sell. I just want to know how to record a life estate against the property or a lien in my aunts behalf to protect her. Thank you.
