Hired by contractor to the progress of work being done by a sub-contractor who was eventually let go. From that point on I was to prepare reports on the contractors project status and definiens in the work for a potential law suit. Reports were prepared and photos taken to substantiate the claims. Four binders w/ professional reports and more then 1500 photos were included in exhibits. I am an architect in MN looking for a way to collect for services provided. Lien waivers were required to accompany invoices to receive payment.
