Florida

We completed some repairs and mold work for a customer in Florida and they sold their business to another customer and did not pay their invoices.

A lot more information is needed. But before asking more how long ago was the work done?

The work was done 30 days ago. I work for a restoration company and we completed repairs for an apartment complex in Florida. The previous owners of the apartment complex sold the complex to another company and they did not pay their past due invoices prior to the closing. We reached out to the new owners and they stated that they are not responsible the previous owners should of paid the invoices prior to purchase.

OK. I think that you should schedule a telephone conference with me or any other lawyer listed on the Levelset Florida page. You can reach my office via basslawoffice@comcast.net. It is probably best to speak with a lawyer in generally the same geographic area as the project.
