do you know if we file a lien does it have to be individually per address if it's on the same job/ subdivision just different street or can we use multiple invoices on same job/ subdivision just different street but on one lien?

A lien is a cloud on property so if it is all one property, you can file a lien on the one property. If the subdivision has already been pieced up and each plat is described individually, you will need to file against each property individually.
