I live in my fathers home that he owns he has not lived here in three years but the bills stayed in his name i just pay them. I have done over 15000 in repairs such as a new roof new bathroom floor kitchen floor and a 400 sq foot add on that he has only giving me 300$ since repairs have been complete. Now he wants me too move out but dont wanna pay me oh yeah we never signed a lease agreement as well as he lives in another state...how do i get paid and is it worth my time our relationship isnt healthy and im his only child at that....
