I have a project in GA. The General Contractor (GC) issued a letter of intent (LOI) and we started work. PM was supposed to send an AIA contract but after several days they sent a non AIA contract with lots of very stringent language and we asked to get AIA contact and they refused. We worked on the project and finished drgs sent to approval. Then the suggest to mark up the contract and we did as we did not agree many items and they agreed most of it. We signed the contract at and the GC pull the plug and did not signed the contract and cancel the project. Do I have lien right?
