Me and another person had an agreement on two houses. He couldn't come up with the money for the other one, so the 1st house is in his name. I was collecting the rent for him and suddenly he contacted the renters to have them to send the rent to instead of giving it to me. Our agreement is he can't sell the 1st house he had to sale it back to me. He is not holding up to our agreement.
