We completed this project 2019. The customer made two payment via credit card and then cancelled the payment . They told their credit card company we did not do the work, but we did. They paid us and signed off on us doing the work. Can we file a lien? We did not have the lien verbiage in our terms and conditions at that time. What are our options?

You are way too late to file a mechanic's lien but well within the statute of limitation for filing a lawsuit. Confer with a local attorney. Depending on the amount and collectibility you might be able to find an attorney to represent you on a contingency (percentage) basis if you don't want to pay by the hour.
