I'm a specialty contractor who runs a franchise that install wet area remodels. The customer claims that the shower door which was installed correctly is getting his floor wet. When running his shower we could not make the door leak. Assuming things are different with a person in the shower I will attempt to enhance the threshold. If the customer keeps making a 'i have an issue claim" can they just not pay. My company is small and new, we need him to pay us what we agreed upon. When I asked what more can I do he said "make it not leak onto my floor"
