Give my office a call for a free consult. 260-782-1712. I would like to learn about some of the specific facts of your case. The Mechanic's lien statute has time sensitive requirements to file a perfected lien depending on the structure and your role. Additionally, Indiana has a number of statutes that govern home improvements which provide a consumer up to 3x damages and attorney's fees. Along with various other statutes that have deadlines/timeframe requirements, things can get messy quick where when you thought you may have had a good case, turn upside down due to compliance issues. We look forward to speaking with you. Best, Nick
