Can I file a lawsuit against a nursing home who refused to honor my legitimate power of attorney
My father gave me legitimate power of attorney. Sister put him in nursing home. I showed nursing home manager my poa, yet she allowed sibling and 2,sisters ,1 brother to appoint her as my father's power of attorney
