Make written and oral demand for payment in full with a specific date to receive funds. If the debtor does not make payment as demanded, let a certified commercial collection agency licensed and bonded in AZ send the debtor a 10 day free demand letter. If the debtor pays you within that grace period, you owe nothing for the collection. If debtor still doesn't pay you can place them for collection with the agency. Best regards getting paid, Steve
