The contractor I hired apparently hasn't paid for the equipment he rented to work on my house. The project at my house was completed in January and paid for in full. The contractor rented other equipment from the same rental company for other projects. The rental company contacted me (note: it's now August) to tell me they were going to file a lien claim on my home. Hasn't the 90 day time limit to file a claim passed? I paid in full in January for a project which was completed in January.
