My property manager signed work authorization contract without notifying me that the price I agree have changed. The price increase was 50% higher than the estimates I received. In addition the contractor provided the same estimate document on 3 separate occasions. After work completed received invoice with new price, Now I’m being sued and lien placed on my property.
