I live in Colorado and an owner owes my company over 10k, can I add interest to that amount to my Mechanics lien total when I file it?
If you had an agreement that specified the interest, that may be specified in the lien statment. If you had no agreement on the interest rate, the statute provides for default interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum and that can be specified in the lien statement.
