Can I add damages for ruining my reputation on social media??

GeorgiaPrompt PaymentRight to Lien

I have a customer that slander my business on social media site where I do 100 of my advertising. It has hurt me financially. And she refused to pay me. Can I add damages to the claim I just filed?

Mechanics liens should generally only include amounts owed for work performed. If you have additional damages claims against an owner for something like defamation, slander, etc. - that could certainly act as the basis for a cause of action. But, that'd generally require a lawsuit, and those claims shouldn't be lumped in with a mechanics lien claim.

For more discussion on what amounts can be included in GA mechanics lien claims: Can I include attorney's fees, collection costs, or other amounts in my Georgia lien?

At the moment there are so many different ways to get some likes, but I know the most reliable. When I decided to use this source https://top4smm.com/tiktok-followers it made me a little popular. And while it worked, now I can tell my friends that my TikTok posts are gaining popularity.

I already know that if you need Instagram followers, for example, you can just buy them. It's easier than you think, you just have to look and see https://volgers-kopen.com/instagram-volgers-kopen/ , I tried to get followers and make my account popular here. It has helped me because I recommend it to many who also want to promote themselves or their product through this social network.

You can add damages for ruining your reputation on social media with a defamation lawsuit. You can file the case against the person who posted negative things about you online. If you want to prevent the damages then please check this website https://www.lindahandley.com/services. The court will decide whether or not to award you damages, which could be money or other compensation for your losses.

In many cases, defamation claims may allow you to seek damages for both economic losses and harm to your reputation. However, laws can vary by jurisdiction with https://gradeonfire.net/ and the specifics of your situation. It's important to consult with an attorney who specializes in defamation or business law to assess the strength of your case and determine the appropriate legal steps to take.
