A friend said he would put my new alternator that I already purchased on said he would only charge me 50 bucks I gave him.60 well now he's trying to make me pay him an extra 90 on top of the 60 I gave him I told him I'm.not paying.hom.no more money can he take a lien out on my car for this 90 bucks I don't owe him? And if so what does this mean?
