Can a General Contractor reduce the Subcontractor's scope of work for delays in performance by changing scope of work so that Subcontractor only back fills small amount of project and gives all the remaining high billing construction to the Subcontractor's own previously employed sub- Subcontractor who Quit? So Subcontractor is not fired but their earning ability is essentially gone yet they have to allow their own sub to take their place and their future earnings.
