I have negotiate terms of settlement and paid one month Associated fees in amount of $378.00 Association Board approved 39 days ago in Amount of $762 .00 ago to reverse Lien Filing fees and withdraw Lien . Association Management company doesn't make any efforts to credit and remove Lien . I have file claim in Hennepin County, State of Minnesota Conciliation Court to credit back Lien Filing fees ... Can Consolation Court to enforce Association Board decision to start Lien removal process.
