Can az roc bring a fine for a case that was dismissed by a judge put a differnt case number and the same charges fine

Can the roc bring back a case that was dismissed by a court can they over ride what the judge says and still give me a fine for tha same charges and change the case numbers same charge and send it to utah when i liveing in az

It depends on why the case was dismissed and what the ROC is trying to fine you for. But yes, it is possible. The ROC regulates and investigates complaints against contractors for their work and licensure. The courts are there to adjudicate whether anyone is entitled to damages when there is a dispute between two parties. So the ROC and courts have two different purposes and therefore yes you can have the conclusion of a court case but still have a ROC case open.
