I dropped off my car 5 years ago...I paid for the repairs on my car ....but the final repair of putting in a rear wind shield was never finished...I left money and had a wind shield delivered and every year they would say they haven't gotten to it be patient...this last year I was told they will get it done but the owner who was a friend said something odd...he called my sports car a project car...I was puzzeled...I had it painted and it had a rebuilt engine and all factory parts ...I had Pics of it before I dropped it off...the car when I was able to find it on the lot was a disaster now he has the car hidden away and I have no clue what is up....I sent a demand letter with pics of the car demanding it be returned as in the photos ....now I am supposed to call his lawyer....what leg does he have since I have him on tape admitting I owe him nothing and he actually has money to fix a back windshield I bought and delivered 3 years ago????
