Afternoon David,

This is a tricky situation, typically when you receive a quote from the restoration company you then provide that to the insurance company. The insurance company typically then decides if your quote is realistic and if agreed normally pay the restoration company in full - less your deductible. If that didn't happen then I would assume maybe they didn't cover your quote in full which normally would mean you would have the choice to go with that company or get another quote from someone else. Do to the specifics of this I would suggest contacting our Legal Help to obtain some free legal advice in this situation so that I don't steer you the wrong direction.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions.
