So I hired one person to fix my truck while he needed a couple extra tools he called a friend of his to bring him more tools well in the meantime he was waiting around for him to be done with this tools well apparently he decided to take over the job on himself no questions to me the owner if he could do that and well now he wants to charge me a butt arm and leg for the job done that I already paid somebody else to do his friend is this legal can he put a mechanic's lien on my truck
