A municipality is denying a recorded notice of commencement which had all the legally required information on it and forcing me to use an a certain notice of commencement of theirs.

Florida Statute 713.13 (1) (d) is the form notice of commencement and it provides immediately before the form: "A notice of commencement must be in substantially the following form:" I don't know if the city is requiring additional information or why, but it may not require less than the statutory form.
