“I used to think getting paid in 90 days was normal. Now I get paid in 17 days.
Subcontractor hired and was paid through a date certain. He provided a lien waiver releasing himself rather than the contractor who hired him. Is this appropriate or should the release be in favor of the contractor who hired him?
