Can a Lien be put on the property I have own for 4 years because the past owner didn’t pay inheritance taxes on it in PA

I bought my house from my daughter 4 years ago. After her husband had passed three years before. I just received a call from a lawyer saying the state of PA put a lien against my house because my daughter didn’t file inheritance taxes the year her husband died. But she hasn’t own this house in four years.

That is a tax lien. This is not the right website for your question. We only deal with construction liens. Sorry. Call a tax attorney.
