equipment supplier rents construction equipment to a subcontractor and delivers the equipment to parcel A Sub moves equipment to parcel b and uses it there residential construction Can equipment supplier file a construction lien on parcel b
Short answer: Yes.
You'll need to provide a Notice of Furnishing to the Owner or Designee of Parcel B. And it would be helpful if your paperwork and other documentation (photos) supports your contention that the leased equipment although delivered to Parcel A was actually used to improve Parcel B. Its also possible your equipment was used to improve both Parcels A and B. In which case, you might have two liens.
