Provided my home plans to a general contractor to build our new custom home. The GC provided a price estimate based on the materials take-off from our plans. We signed a contract based on the estimate. Construction has started and it was discovered the GC did not account for three windows. Now, they are increasing our cost to account for their mistake. Can they do this??
