My contractor hired a glass guy to build a shower which was not constructed properly. All arrangements were made Thru contractor. Now contractor is claiming I should go after the glass guy myself and he wants me to Pay the Bill in full. Also the contractor ordered too much tile , never submitted drawing per contract and instead of exchanging grout As I requested. received went out snd bought his own grout and had me order the wrong caulk. Bathroom is not complete. There is a separate plumbing contract but under contractors name. Plumbing is not complete. He is threatening to take me to small claims and put a lien on my home.
