The contractor is trying to rake me over the coals and charging more than the amount agreed. Can he sue me or take me to in court since I have a conditional lien waver? He already received money but wants more.

In order to fully answer this question, i would need to see the conditional waiver and the claims. The language of the release will govern its application.
